Does my house have to be vacant?

I’m currently renting out my house, would you still be interested in buying? What if i have a problematic tenant?

My house is currently listed with an agent, can you still buy it?

I moved out of the area, do I need to come back to close on the house?

What if I owe more than the house is worth? Can you still help me?
Yes. It’s not an uncommon situation. We can work with you and your bank to go through what is known as a “short sale” to buy your house.
Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
